Victoria’s previous roles include Law Lecturer, and Deputy Head of an Independent School. In the UK, Victoria also held the position of Head of eLearning Development for a national educational charity, leading a team of educationalists and IT professionals to create and developing a range of e-learning courses. Victoria’s focus is on ensuring organisaitons maximise use of available technologies, remain adaptive and continue to innovate. Victoria sees disruption as an opportunity for fast paced businesses to rapidly achieve sustainable growth.
Victoria has previously been a law lecturer at colleges in the UK. With a range of tertiary qualifications in Law and Education from prestigious Universities, Victoria has applied this expertise to manage not-for-profit educational and vocational training establishments in the UK and Australia. Victoria has lead leading executive roles including making a significant contribution as the Director at the Civil Contractors Federation SA and Deputy Board Member of the Construction Industry Training Board.
Victoria has extensive experience in people management, change and leadership. She is an eLearning and educational innovator at the forefront of strategic development and adaptive change in her field of expertise. Most importantly, Victoria is passionate about working with business owners, Government and NFP boards to deliver better outcomes to training providers, educators and stakeholders.
In terms of developing the ABRT Executive Certification, Victoria has taken a significant amount of time designing learning outcomes, pathways for candidates and transformation techniques. More recently, Victoria has turned her attentions to TAFE SA to assist in the development, management and compliance in vocational training programs.
